SCOPE
The Project Manager- Data Analytics Consumer, Customer and Profitability is the subject matter expert on the Data Analytics Enterprise Data Warehouse Subject Areas of client management, program design and infrastructure, and financial and performance measures. They are the primary resource responsible for tracking all deliverables for Data Analytics for our clients (both external and internal). They provide program knowledge and support to the CC&P (Consumer, Customer and Profitability) Product team through use of Documentation, fiscal tracking and daily stand ups tracking risks and issues, delivering multiple work items and escalations at a team level.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

Responsibilities:

  1. Schedules daily stand up calls with Team Members and drives accountability for task milestones using an agile methodology.
  2. Attends Canada Post Intake meetings to understand incoming work and the impact to the team.
  3. Collaborate with internal clients, project team members on program planning, program integration, project management, and technical integration activities.
  4. Collaborate with Estimating Product team ensuring a proper understanding of requirements, timelines, and resource requirements for new intakes.
  5. Report all critical projects in Sciforma in a timely and accurate manner.
  6. Track implementation priorities against development schedules and work intake requests, advising on risk mitigations, coordinating with our business partners, and maintaining up-to-date operating models, processes, roles, and responsibilities across multiple clients.
  7. Financial tracking of CC&P budget ensuring financial accountability.
  8. Manages client(s) to improve performance throughout the life of the account.
  9. Track key performance indicators to determine budget to actuals on internal and external costs to maintain quoted gross margins.
  10. Facilitate and manage the preparation of key documentation including: Statement of Work, Quote letters, proposals, RFPs, CRs, and Term Sheets as required.
  11. Deliver clear and concise instructions and accurately document account related conversations and action items.
  12. Work with the technical team to provide client with compelling offerings to solve their business problems.
  13. Work with individuals, diffuse situations, unite and motivate team.
  14. Mentor and work with the team to ensure work is assigned based on level of expertise and competencies.
  15. Report on Project's success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities.
  16. Other duties as assigned.

Experience:
  1. Ability to be a self-starter with strong communication and leadership skills and an in-depth hands-on work experience with large-scale implementations of Data Integration.
  2. Comprehensive knowledge of project/program management methodologies and tools.
  3. Knowledge and experience in agile (scrum / Kanban / iterative development).
  4. Exceptional relationship skills, collaboration across lines of business.
  5. Business-Technical understanding with ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience if needed.
  6. Strong communication skills for both internal and external customers.
  7. Strong issue resolution skills.
  8. Strong understanding of key concepts of financial processes such as budgeting, financial modeling, ROI development etc.
  9. A high performer who can manage client expectations and drive work items to completion as per plan.
  10. Detail oriented individual who will challenge estimates, efforts, solutions during planning.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum of 12 years of experience in progressively responsible, relevant PM role.
  3. Extensive Project Management experience managing multiple project streams of various complexity.
  4. Experience, interest, and adaptability to working in Lean/Agile delivery environment.
  5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Experience managing cross-functional teams.
  7. Coaching and leading team members to accomplishing business results.
  8. Strong technical and analytical skillset.

Must Have:
  1. Data Integration.
  2. Knowledge on Jira, Agile, Sprint Planning, Financial, budgeting and PMP expertise.

Nice to have:
  1. Teradata.
