Property Rentals Manager

Property Rentals Manager, Goldberg Professional Corporation.
Location: North York, ON.
Salary: $29.00 hourly / 30 hours per week. Full-time. Starts as soon as possible.

Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: Experience an asset. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work setting: Property management companies.

Responsibilities:

1. Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents.
2. Negotiate or approve rental or lease of properties on behalf of the property owner.
3. Ensure terms of lease agreements are met.
4. Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties.
5. Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance.
6. Co-ordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation.
7. Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners.
8. Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income.
9. Prepare expense and income reports.
10. Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants.

Experience and specialization: Computer and technology knowledge. MS Word, Mac OS, Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows.
