Position: High Volume Bartender

Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced bartenders who can handle high-volume shifts and occasionally work quieter periods. Our ideal candidates are energetic go-getters who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle high-volume bar shifts efficiently and effectively.
2. Provide excellent customer service.
3. Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
4. Prepare and serve drinks according to our quality standards.
5. Open and close the bar as needed.
6. Assist with inventory management.

Requirements:

1. Must live close to the pub.
2. Must be willing to work both opening and closing shifts.
3. Must have a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Prior bartending experience in a high-volume setting is preferred.
5. Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive under pressure.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
