What You’ll Do:

  1. The person in this role will be accountable for the sales of Xtime service software to franchise and independent car dealerships.
  2. Accountable for generating and maximizing sales revenue and increasing Xtime customers.
  3. Use a Challenger based selling approach to manage and successfully close complex sales opportunities.
  4. Use insight and consultative selling techniques to provide feedback to clients on industry trends, strategies, and challenges.
  5. Partner with client stakeholders to build consensus for Autosync products within their organization.
  6. Independently and collaboratively strategize for solving deal-level challenges.
  7. Discuss, present, and demonstrate key advantages of the Xtime solution to the customer within the assigned region.
  8. Meet or exceed assigned monthly revenue sales goals as set by the business.
  9. Backfill open territories or existing territories, as needed.
  10. Partner to develop customer relationships with new and existing dealers.
  11. Build trusted relationships with decision makers at the dealership, including Dealer Principals, Controllers, and General Managers.
  12. Travel in designated sales territories and divisions when required (up to 50%).
