Location: Vancouver, BC

Salary: $30.00 hourly / 34 hours per week

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work Location: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed specifications.
2. Create interior spaces that reflect clients' needs and tastes.
3. Advise on the selection of colours, finishes, materials, lighting, furniture, and other items, considering ergonomic and occupational health standards.
4. Consult with clients to determine needs, preferences, safety requirements, and purpose of space.
5. Develop detailed plans and 3-D models showing arrangements of walls, dividers, displays, lighting, and other fixtures.
6. Develop plans, elevations, cross sections, and detailed drawings.
7. Experience and specialization in computer and technology knowledge including Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, InDesign, and Sketch Up.
8. Area of specialization: Interior design (general).
