What does an Account Supervisor in Toronto do?

1. Collaborate with the Embedded Account Manager to complete administrative tasks and responsibilities
2. Maintain comprehensive inventory records of GardaWorld devices deployed throughout Canada
3. Receive, assess, and grant or deny approval of GardaWorld invoices prior to their receipt by the client
4. Regular collaboration with GardaWorld regional stakeholders (A/M, Operations, P&B, etc.)
5. Primary point of escalation (Google Security Staff)
6. KPI tracking and reporting
7. Scheduling verification and oversight

Qualifications to become an Account Supervisor in Toronto

1. Minimum 3 years experience in the security industry
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in personnel management in a unionized environment
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
5. WSIB approved first aid card
6. Available to work flexible hours
7. Have a clean criminal record
8. Be eligible to work in Canada
