Physician - Emergency Medicine

New opportunity midway between Green Bay and Milwaukee, WI, with a $20K sign-on bonus!

DEMI Healthcare Partners+SWEA is placing Emergency Medicine Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Physicians in full-time/part-time opportunities at Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital in Manitowoc, WI.

Compensation:

1. $225/hr + benefits W2 employee
2. $250/hr Independent Contractor (1099)

Benefits for full-time employees:

1. PTO based on hours worked with a cash-out option
2. Holiday pay of 1.5x hourly rate for 8 major holiday shifts
3. Health/Dental employer pays 50% of premium up to $1000/month

5. CME reimbursement of $3,000/year (includes licensing fees, dues)
6. Local control of schedule by a physician medical director who works clinical shifts and understands group culture and needs
7. Paid Malpractice with tail coverage

Qualifications & Experience:

1. FP/IM with Emergency Medicine experience
2. Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
3. MD/DO
4. Wisconsin Medical License/DEA

Brief Site Overview:

1. Daily Arrivals: ~ 24
2. Coverage model: 24.5 hours of physician coverage per day, single coverage with 30-minute day-to-night overlap
3. EMR: EPIC
4. Level 3 Trauma Center with Heli-pad
5. Nursing staffing currently filled
6. 24/7 in-house hospitalist
