Physician - Emergency Medicine
New opportunity midway between Green Bay and Milwaukee, WI, with a $20K sign-on bonus!
DEMI Healthcare Partners+SWEA is placing Emergency Medicine Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Physicians in full-time/part-time opportunities at Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital in Manitowoc, WI.
Compensation:
- $225/hr + benefits W2 employee
- $250/hr Independent Contractor (1099)
Benefits for full-time employees:
- PTO based on hours worked with a cash-out option
- Holiday pay of 1.5x hourly rate for 8 major holiday shifts
- Health/Dental employer pays 50% of premium up to $1000/month

- Local control of schedule by a physician medical director who works clinical shifts and understands group culture and needs

Qualifications & Experience:
- FP/IM with Emergency Medicine experience
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
- MD/DO
- Wisconsin Medical License/DEA
Brief Site Overview:
- Daily Arrivals: ~ 24
- Coverage model: 24.5 hours of physician coverage per day, single coverage with 30-minute day-to-night overlap
- EMR: EPIC
- Level 3 Trauma Center with Heli-pad
- Nursing staffing currently filled
- 24/7 in-house hospitalist
