We are actively recruiting experienced HSE Advisors with a strong background in mining safety to support rail maintenance and recovery projects in the Pilbara.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing and enforcing HSE standards to safeguard rail operations and personnel.
• Provide expert guidance and support to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to promote a safety-first culture.
• Conduct safety audits to monitor compliance and identify improvements.
• Promote a proactive, safety-first culture across the team.

Essential Requirements:

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent).
• ICAM training.
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in mining safety roles.
• Demonstrated ability to implement procedures and conduct audits.
• National Police Clearance within 6 months.
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence (no restrictions).
• Ability to pass a Rail Category 3 Medical and drug and alcohol tests.
• Full working rights in Australia and Perth-based.
