Superintendent – Wood-Frame Multi-Family Construction | Sechelt, BC

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met
• Manage subtrades and suppliers, resolving issues as they arise
• Work with the project management team to align budget and schedule
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships, working with architects and consultants
• Use Microsoft and web-based tools for project documentation, including reports, schedules, and expense tracking
• Monitor and manage project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with WorkSafe BC regulations and enforce site safety protocols

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent managing Wood-Frame Multi-Family projects from start to finish
• Full-time work eligibility in Canada
• Strong understanding of construction practices, drawings, and specifications
• Knowledge of BC safety regulations and experience enforcing them on-site
• Ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
• Experience with project management software is an asset
