Cook in Training

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated person to train as a cook to prepare traditional breakfasts and light lunches at Anna’s Café in Gananoque.

1. Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of taste, appearance, and portion control.
2. Coordinate with server to ensure smooth and efficient operations during busy periods.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
4. Monitor food stock levels and communicate with management to order supplies.
5. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for our customers.
