Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
Direct, optimize and coordinate with 3rd Party Logistics and Marketplaces.
Design and implement new fulfilment solutions catering to client needs.
Liaise and negotiate with vendors.
Keep track of quality, quantity, order levels, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce.
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
Serve as the link of communication between client and internal teams.
Understand client’s needs and requirements.
Continuously propose solutions to meet client’s objectives.
Coordinate with client’s first mile provider for any transfer order (TO) from Duty Free Warehouse to Duty Paid Warehouse.
Ensure all permits declared to Singapore Custom are correct.
Liaise with the operation team on incoming transfer orders.
Create Purchase Orders (PO) in the aCommerce system for the operation team to inbound.
Ensure the correct products are created and listed upon request.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and handle escalations to maintain trust.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Supply Chain or equivalent.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in end-to-end operations, preferably in an Ecommerce or startup company.
Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
Strong client-facing experience needed.
