Join Pixieset as a QA Analyst and help drive the quality of our all-in-one platform for photographers and creative professionals. You'll be responsible for executing and documenting comprehensive test plans, conducting manual and automated testing, analyzing results, and collaborating closely with our Engineering team to resolve issues. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and passion for quality assurance will help us continue to build a world-class product trusted by over 1 million customers.

Your Impact

  • Collaborate with Engineering to deliver high-quality, bug-free features
  • Execute manual testing including exploratory, acceptance, integration, and regression testing
  • Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Perform comprehensive testing across browsers, devices, and email campaigns
  • Support Software Developers by identifying and documenting bugs and issues during development
  • Assist the Test Automation team by identifying test cases for automated regression suites and creating automated tests
  • Aid the Customer Support team in reproducing technical issues and creating bug tickets
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams on time estimates, risks, and mitigation plans

Role Requirements

  • 3+ years of quality assurance experience
  • Ability to read and interact with various web stack related languages (PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS)
  • Experience using automated testing frameworks (e.g. Cypress, Appium or similar)
  • Experience with testing practices in an Agile environment
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Possess a critical eye for user-centric design and flows

The typical salary range for this position is CAD $77,900 - $105,000 annually. Salary offered will be based on skills, experience and market data.
