$2,000 Relocation Bonus – Available for candidates moving to Lawton, OK for this position. Candidates must obtain a new Lawton address and relocate specifically for the role to be eligible.

Salary Range: $24.50 - $27.56/hour (based on experience)

About the Role:

The Physical Therapy Assistant's (Home Health) primary function is to perform selected physical therapy procedures and related tasks under the direction and supervision of a registered Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities:

Treat patients with modalities and exercise in accordance with patients' medical needs and an approved treatment plan
Understand limitations as an assistant and work within the designated scope of practice.
Assist in maintaining the department in a neat and orderly manner.
Complete all documentation, including daily notes and discharge data.
Provide care for patients, including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Requirements:

Permanent Oklahoma State Licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant;
Or Oklahoma Temporary Permit under direct supervision pending permanent licensure – Required
BLS Certification – Required
