About the Job

  • In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to support the growth and success of our retail and e-commerce channels.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for new store openings, retail media, seasonal campaigns, consumer events, and localized initiatives.
  • Partner with the regional team to execute Email, App, and Performance Media strategies that optimize the Levi.com consumer experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure a seamless, cohesive, and engaging omnichannel consumer experience.
  • Analyze performance metrics, monitor competitive landscape, and manage associated budgets.
  • Reports directly to the Marketing Director of Canada.

About You

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and physical channels.
  • Strong experience with performance media and paid social media strategies.
  • Proven ability to utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • You should be proficient in consumer engagement platforms (e.g., Cordial, Mailchimp), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), CMS platforms (e.g., Contentstack, WordPress), project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana), and budget management tools (e.g., Excel, Tradeshift).

This is a hybrid position based in our Markham, Ontario office. You will be expected in office 2 days per week, typically Tuesday-Wednesday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
