This role involves acting as a liaison between clients and the company, defining user requirements, and providing training. Due to exceptional growth Medgate would like to add a Client Services Manager to their team. Headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, for over 20 years they have developed one of the market's most advanced Occupational Health & Safety software technologies. Their clients are generally large in nature with an emphasis on chemical, utility, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries. These clients include Fortune 500 corporations, government agencies, and hospitals located in North America, South America, Europe, and The Middle East.
Based out of the Toronto head office or out of your home office located either in the US or Canada:
This position will involve about 50% travel to client sites.
You will report to the Director of Client Services.
The total compensation plan is in the $85K range.
