Job Description:

As the Integrations Technician Team Lead at Coastal Entrance Solutions, you will oversee the installation, integration, and troubleshooting of various access control & CCTV systems across construction sites and existing buildings. This role requires an experienced professional with technical knowledge and leadership skills to manage, guide, and mentor a team of technicians in delivering top-quality security and networking solutions. The ideal candidate is self-driven, organized, and passionate about technology, capable of leading team efforts in a goal-oriented and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Oversee Installations: Manage the installation, troubleshooting, and integration of structured cabling and security solutions (CCTV, alarms, access control, networking) for commercial and multi-unit residential customers, ensuring installations adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
• Team Leadership and Mentorship: Train, mentor, and support a team of technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Delegate tasks and responsibilities based on project needs, ensuring that team members are well-equipped to handle challenges. Oversee safety and compliance, guiding the team to adhere to all safety regulations and protocols on construction sites.
• Project Management: Work with the team to oversee project planning, tracking progress, and addressing potential challenges to ensure timely completion. Communicate project updates to the team, manage resource allocation, and report on project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Extensive Experience: 5+ years in the installation, troubleshooting, and management of CCTV, alarm systems, networking, and access control systems, with proven expertise in industry-standard manufacturers such as ICT, Open Options, Vanderbilt, Engage, and Axis.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced knowledge of communications cabling, IP networking, and structured cabling systems, with demonstrated ability to configure complex network solutions.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing and developing a team, including training, task delegation, and performance management.
• Safety-Oriented Mindset: Comprehensive understanding of safety requirements in construction environments, with a commitment to upholding all safety protocols and encouraging team compliance.
• Customer and Solution Focused: Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction, along with strong communication skills to clearly convey technical information.
