Site Supervisor

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a Site Supervisor position in Windsor ON.

Overall Purpose

Ensure the quality service and support of all mission activities at a location they are assigned.

Ensure that all Company/Customer mission guidelines are being adhered to and meet quality standards.

Support and contribute to the company Quality Policies & QMS.

Reports to

Site Manager / Regional Manager

Responsibilities

Client relationship & Business development

1. Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and site personnel.
2. Daily communications with various stakeholders at the site level.
3. Ensure clear and transparent communication to clients.

Operations

1. Set up and supervise missions.
2. Staffing of missions.
3. Coordinate changes in missions.
4. Conduct ongoing audits of effectiveness of work being performed.
5. Perform visual, mechanical, and functional verifications to ensure compliance to quality standards and specifications.
6. Complete audits to ensure work instructions and policies are followed.
7. Train new employees.
8. Train/Mentor Site Leaders.
9. Coordinate Site Leaders daily schedules/activities to ensure successful daily operations.

Position has potential for permanent disability, loss of life, loss of body part, or extensive loss of structure; (specific WI's will detail precautions).

Demonstrates commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents.

Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies.

Organization & Management

1. Insures all site personnel receive corporate communications.
2. Partner with Human Resources for performance and attendance issue resolution.
3. Act as a liaison between Site Manager and site leaders.
4. Create and maintain a 5S working environment.
5. Develop and retain teams.

Technical

1. Update daily system entries in company and Customer portals.
2. Create and maintain customer and company reports.
3. Analyze technical requirements for customer jobs/missions (existing or upcoming).
4. Troubleshoot and problem solve with the supplier and customer for issues pertaining to process flow, new criteria, spikes/spills.
5. Create electronic work instructions and navigate company and customer websites and portals.

Hard Skills

1. Proficiency in English.
2. Computer skills - Microsoft Office and Outlook.
3. Ability to lift/move 50 lbs.
4. Writing work instructions.

Work Experience

1. 2+ years of work experience in a supervisory role.
2. 2+ years in Quality related position preferred.

Education Background

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 2/4 year degree preferred or equivalent experience.
