Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Executive Steward/Receiver to join our team. The person will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, supporting food preparation, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations in a hospitality setting.
Responsibilities
Clean kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and work areas to uphold sanitary standards
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
Support kitchen staff in organizing supplies and ingredients
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
Help with receiving and storing deliveries
Maintain cleanliness in dining areas and assist with table setting
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of previous leadership experience within a diverse food and beverage environment, including management of a large staff and focus on exceptional client and customer service
Food handler certificate required or willing to get certification
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
