Aplin has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Architectural Technologist to join our client’s team in Calgary!

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work. They must adapt easily to change and be eager to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities:

• 3D modelling of single-family homes in Revit
• Production of working drawings
• Production and grading of plot plans

Qualifications:

• A diploma in Architectural Technology
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the single-family residential industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills; written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills
• The ability to work well independently and within a collaborative team.
• A keen sense of urgency
• The willingness and drive to apply themselves effectively.
• Knowledge of residential construction, prior residential drafting experience, and current working knowledge of Calgary’s bylaws would be considered assets.
