Garden Maintenance

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants and landscaping, with the ability to maintain and enhance garden spaces. This role involves hands-on work with various gardening tools and equipment, ensuring that landscapes are healthy, vibrant, and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities

1. Perform routine garden maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
2. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various gardening tasks.
3. Irrigate plants and manage watering schedules to ensure optimal growth.
4. Assist in landscape maintenance projects such as lawn care, flower bed preparation, and shrub trimming.
5. Monitor plant health and identify any pest or disease issues, taking appropriate action as needed.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of gardening tools and equipment.
7. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscaping projects.

Experience

1. Previous experience in gardening or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
2. Familiarity with the use of power tools and hand tools specific to gardening tasks.
3. Knowledge of irrigation techniques and plant care best practices is a plus.
4. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
5. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in all gardening tasks.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
