Tasks
Your tasks as Customer Service Project Manager, Mobile Engine Services Americas (YYC) may include, among others:
- Acceptance and coordination of customer inquiries
- Develop, issue, and negotiate proposals, including coordination with MES product lines
- Negotiate and conclude single contracts
- All customer communication, engine shipment management
- Prepare Engine inductions and/or field interventions for On-Wing and On-Site activities
- Coordination of induction dates and field team events
- Preparation of cost estimates
- Check and coordinate work scope with customer supported by engineering
- Internal order management into MES repair stations
- Open, control, and close Repair Orders for MES Repair Stations
- Event status monitoring and reporting towards customer
- Clarification and coordination of technical and commercial issues
- Analysis calculation of event profits/losses
* All other duties as assigned or required
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree desirable
- Minimum 3 years of successful high level technical Customer Services track record required
- Customer Service experience in a technical environment required
- Experience in aircraft gas turbine engines is a plus
- Fluency in English language required
- German and other language desirable
- Knowledge of LH Group capability, procedures, EDP systems and processes of advantage desirable
- MS Office and SAP as user
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent reliability
- Excellent responsibility
- Responsible of costs and revenue
- Willingness to travel
- Manage constant time pressure
- Manage high stress levels
- Must possess permit to work in Canada
