As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact, assisting clients with their inquiries and delivering top-notch customer service. This opportunity offers professional growth and a chance to be part of a supportive team environment.

Hours of Operation:

Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST (Must be flexible to work 8-hour shifts within this timeframe).

Location:

Hybrid (1-2 days in office) in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Salary: $46,000 Annual

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively troubleshooting and resolving telephone and email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion.
  • Providing accurate and courteous responses to existing and new members while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
  • Actively participating in ongoing learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent service excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work on-site in Regina for two days.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with the capacity to quickly adapt to multiple computer systems, including Windows-based platforms and others.
  • A demonstrated ability to solve problems through investigation and make timely decisions.
  • Minimum of a High School diploma (or equivalent).
  • Strong multitasking and computer skills.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is required.
  • The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
