Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to manage our product development cycles. The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

1. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
2. Collaborate with product owners and development teams to ensure smooth workflow.
3. Remove impediments and resolve team conflicts to maintain progress.
4. Monitor team performance, ensuring productivity and continuous improvement.
5. Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Scrum Master (2+ years).
2. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
3. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work effectively with distributed teams.
5. Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
