Your Opportunity
The role of a Senior Civil Engineering Designer is to work on smaller projects independently, and as a team member of a larger project under the limited supervision of a senior engineer. You should be able to evaluate, select, specify, and engineer systems or products for a project. You will perform a variety of tasks which may include calculations and mentorship of junior staff.
As a Senior Civil Engineering Designer, you will perform the routine aspects of civil engineering assignments (such as grading, servicing, stormwater management, etc.), and may also assist in the analysis of proposed projects (cut/fill, sewer capacity analysis, etc.).

Education and Experience
An associate's degree or technical school diploma/certificate in a Civil Designer program with a minimum of eight years of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time.
