Responsibilities

  • Must develop, test and implement program code, object segments in accordance with the clients design conventions.
  • Gather and analyze data by monitoring application performance. The performance data will establish a baseline to establish the technical and economic feasibility of proposed computer systems.
  • Develop, test and implement sub-systems of larger systems that share existing program code and class structures.
  • Monitor application performance against established performance baselines, noticing trends, using online statistical and automated tools and client feedback in order to plan for and anticipate application growth.
  • Any other Programmer Analyst related tasks requested by the client to support operations.

Qualifications

  • Have a College/CEGEP diploma or University degree.
  • Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience as a Programmer/Analyst.
  • Minimum 3 years experience within the past 5 years in C++ using MS Visual Studio for application development.
  • Experience in Oracle PL SQL for application development.
  • Experience developing HRMS applications for 10,000 users with 1000+ concurrent users.
  • Experience programming using 2 tier Oracle broker technology.
  • Experience in data modelling and data integration using SQL Navigator.
  • Experience developing MCSC HRMS software applications within the past 4 years.
