Role Description

Project Manager

• Residential construction
• Projects range from $2mil - $10mil+ in costs
• Liaison with clients
• Tasked with tendering and obtaining quotes from trades
• Contract negotiation
• Budget updating and invoice approvals
• Works with Site Supervisors to coordinate projects
• Scheduling
• Proficient in Job Tread project management software an asset
• Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, etc.

Compensation

• $100k - $120k/yr depending on qualifications
• Comprehensive Benefit Plan
