Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks:

1. Prepare reports or case histories
2. Appraise clients' needs or eligibility for specific services
3. Implement life skills workshops
4. Assess client's relevant skill strengths and development needs
5. Conduct follow-up assessments
6. Develop, co-ordinate and implement the delivery of specific services within the community
7. Provide suicide and crisis intervention
8. Supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses
9. Conduct individual and group counselling sessions
10. Liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients
11. Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of treatment programs
12. Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
13. Interview clients, prepare case histories and assess problems
