BK Shift Manager #11896

We are currently hiring Shift Managers and there are multiple positions available for this location.

A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience is required with a Fast-Food Restaurant. Please apply in confidence with a copy of your Resume.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supervise and manage a shift of 8-10 food service counter attendants and kitchen helpers.
2. Establish work schedules.
3. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
4. Ensure food service and quality.
5. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
6. Prepare and submit reports.
7. Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
8. Hire local staff.
9. Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and tight deadlines.
10. Handle a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
11. Enter sales, activities, and other data in files, registers, and computers.
12. Handle customer complaints.
13. Address and resolve employee concerns.

We offer attractive wages of $17.00 to $19.00 / per hour for a minimum of 40 hours a week.
