Our client is searching for an Executive Assistant to join their team. This role will be responsible for taking direction, anticipating needs and executing tasks at the highest level. A successful candidate will be a relentless executor, a short thinker, and a confident operator who thrives in a high-energy, high-growth environment.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
Keep the CEO on track, schedule meetings, and ensure top priorities never slip
Own projects, drive progress, and ensure deliverables happen with no loose ends
Stand in for the CEO when needed, ask smart questions, take decisive notes, and follow up effectively
Craft executive emails, reports, investor updates and team directives that align with the CEO’s voice
Design high-quality Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Slide presentations for pitches, desks and reports
Assist with campaigns, CRM, and digital brand building for the CEO and other companies in the portfolio
Handle sensitive business, financial, and strategy-related matters with absolute trust
Create structure from chaos, automate tasks, and enhance operational efficiency
Leverage tools like HubSpot CRM, Asana, Microsoft 365, Dropbox, and AI platforms, or learn quickly
Your strengths include:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Outlook Calendar
Strong organizational and clerical skills
Experience in administrative roles and customer service
Familiarity with QuickBooks and bookkeeping practices
Capable of data entry, filing, and proofreading
Knowledge of Google Suite and DocuSign for document management
Strong problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
Shows initiative, with the ability to pivot and prioritize different projects
