What You Bring :

• Education: Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• Experience: 3+ years in architectural technology, with a focus on residential and interior architecture. Interior design experience is a plus!
• Software Skills: Proficient in Chief Architect and MS Office, with a solid grasp of 3D rendering software.

Your Role :

• Create innovative drawings for both exterior and interior spaces.
• Develop and produce design concepts for custom residential projects.
• Analyze design specifications and technical documents for accuracy.
• Understand building codes and the permit process.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, specifications, and presentations.
• Construct 3D models to visualize design ideas.
• Collaborate closely with the project team and clients to bring concepts to life.
• Oversee minor project admin tasks to keep everything on track.
• Contribute to space planning, materials selection, and renovations.
