Junior Site Superintendent

Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Multiple Sites

Job Description:

A reputable construction company is looking for a Junior Site Superintendent to support the execution of industrial construction projects across the GTA. This position is ideal for candidates with around 5 years of experience in institutional construction who are eager to grow into a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Site Superintendent in managing site operations and coordinating project activities.
• Monitor work progress to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate materials and workforce.
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and tracking project milestones.
• Address site-related issues and collaborate with the team to find solutions.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in industrial/institutional construction.
• Understanding of construction processes, site coordination, and safety protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while taking direction from senior leadership.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel between job sites.
