Experience leading technical needs assessment for multi-stakeholder, geospatial solution discovery projects

Experience with business and use case modelling, conceptual and logical data modelling
Experience rapidly and succinctly documenting discovery outcomes
Experience assessing client business requirements and identifying best technology solutions from among alternatives to help ensure clients' expectations are satisfied in a cost-effective manner
Experience identifying, researching, developing and assessing information related to architecture and data management options, policies, standards and methods for the purpose of making business recommendations

Technical Experience - 25%
Knowledge and experience of geospatial data and development, or related experience.
Experience leading geospatial based projects
Experience leading IT Infrastructure modernization and maintenance focused projects
Experience with ArcGIS Portal and/or ArcGIS Online
Experience with business analysis processes, tools, technology, methodologies, and modelling expertise to undertake option analysis, process re-engineering assignments, research, test and implement systems
Experience identifying and assessing the impacts of new solutions or enhancements on existing services and infrastructure for performance, sustainability and robustness
Experience with the product management life cycle, developing a product vision and strategy, and have led multi-disciplinary teams to achieve that vision from concept to launch using such methods as agile
Experience integrating product objectives, goals, and metrics in order to oversee the development and implementation of large-scale projects
Experience with software development life cycles, software design, development and integration, reporting tools, database concepts, user interface design principles, change management, quality assurance, risk management, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity planning
Experience with industry trends in user experience design, integrated systems, solutions and infrastructure
