Responsibilities for this Food Deli Team Leader Job:

1. Ensure the fresh and deli department runs efficiently and smoothly.
   
2. As the Deli Supervisor, your job will be to ensure the team is organized and trained to complete tasks.
   
3. Work with the retail manager to ensure the finances of the departments are correct, learning how to do the weekly stock counts, etc.
   
4. Ensure the retail deli departments are fully compliant with food safety regulations.
   
5. Place food orders, ensuring stock is fresh and kept to high standards.
   

Requirements for this Retail Fresh Manager Job:

1. Proven ability in managing a diverse deli food offering within a grocery, catering, hospitality, or café retail environment.
   
2. Excellent organization skills are required with the ability to lead and motivate a team, experience delegating and demanding results from staff and your management team to achieve overall success.
   
3. Working knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and health & safety.
