The Right Candidate:

As a Coordinator, you will be overseeing and coordinating construction projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing various tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Some other duties include:

1. Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets based on scope, materials, and labor.
2. Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate pricing.
3. Track project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
4. Support field teams by providing necessary project documentation.
5. Maintain up-to-date records of project costs and change orders.
6. Communicate with SFF Project managers and help meet KPI within various systems.
7. Conduct onsite inspections and measurements.
8. Perform computer-based software data input and communicate with external partners.
9. Email and phone call communication to monitor, track, and update our clients on the status of projects.
10. Advise on monthly reports to improve overall SFF POMS / Timelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize.
• Previous experience in estimating, project coordination, or a related role in construction/restoration.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost analysis.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Requirements

• Valid SK Driver's License (Required)
• Criminal Record Check (Required)
• Construction experience (Preferred)
• Experience with Xactimate and XactAnalysis (Preferred)
• Microsoft 365 competency
