What You’ll Do:

1. Hands-on experience extracting, modelling, and analysing data
2. Apply data mining techniques and statistical analysis to build predictive systems that enhance our products & services
3. Use cutting-edge BI & analytical tools to provide insights to internal teams at all levels
4. Work with Business SMEs and Data Experts to ensure data integrity and governance
5. Collaborate and innovate with a dynamic group of graduates on a group project focused on Strategy & Innovation

What We're Looking For:

1. Undergraduate Degree in IT, Computer Science, Maths, Stats, or Actuarial Studies (Obtained in 2024 or due to complete in 2025)
2. Experience in customer service, retail and/or hospitality is highly desirable
3. Excellent numerical reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
4. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high quality of work
5. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
6. High attention to detail, with a strong work ethic and self-motivation
7. Teamwork demonstrated through extracurricular activities (e.g. sports, clubs, work, societies)
8. GPA of 5.0 or higher (credit average)
