Our client, an established property management company headquartered in Vancouver, BC, is building out the Brokerage side of their business and looking for multiple RECA, Commercial Licensed Sales & Leasing Agents to lead the charge for their Calgary based branch. This role will be largely self-led with the opportunity to build upon their book of business and lead new business development for a high volume of transactions across all commercial asset classes. This is a high-earnings potential, commission-based role that offers flexibility and autonomy with a hybrid working model (flexibility for fully remote with travel across the Alberta region). You will be reporting to the Director of Operations and receive exemplary training and mentorship. This role offers many exciting challenges and growth potential for sales-focused individuals who are passionate about the CRE industry. We are open to both seasoned agents and new graduates who have recently obtained their RECA, Commercial license.


Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management – build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords and tenants. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through a variety of channels. Deliver exceptional client service and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Sales & Leasing – represent clients in the sale, purchase and leasing of commercial properties in Alberta. Conduct property tours, market evaluations and financial analyses to support client decisions. Negotiate and execute lease and sales agreements to maximize client satisfaction and profitability while staying compliant.
  • Market Research & Strategy – stay up-to-date on Calgary’s commercial real estate market trends, zoning regulations and economic developments. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective clients. Provide clients with detailed reports and insights on market conditions.
  • Compliance & Documentation – ensure all transactions comply with regulations and industry standards. Prepare and review legal documents, contracts and agreements with accuracy.

Commercial Sales & Leasing Qualifications:

  • MUST have a valid RECA, Commercial License and be in good standing.
  • Post-secondary education in business management, real estate and/or finance is preferred but not required.
  • Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license with the ability to travel locally to meet with prospective and active clients and tour properties.
  • Knowledge of the CRE market, laws and regulations.
  • Proven sales, negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional with a positive mindset and strong integrity.
  • Well-established network of industry connections is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent Compensation:

This is a commission-based role with high earnings potential. The successful candidates will also be eligible for participation in the company’s comprehensive benefit plan.
