Full Stack Lead (Remote)

We are currently seeking a Full Stack Lead (Remote) to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

Basic Qualifications:

• Prior experience leading a DevOps team
• Resource should have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in
  • Java, Spring Boot, SQL, Stored Procedures
  • Angular or React JS or other Java front-end technologies
  • Microservices coding, development, deployment
  • Understanding and experience working with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins, Version control tools such as TFS, GIT
  • Must be proficient in either OpenShift or Kubernetes
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and transactions

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. This is a DevOps based project. Resource will play the hands-on lead role on DevOps + Production support engagement.
2. Work directly with customers on support & development engagement. Collaborate with dependent systems’ owners for impact analysis. Coordinate with offshore.
3. Contribute to architectural/design level activities.
4. Work on user stories and provide on-call support on a rotation basis.
5. Deploy CI/CD pipeline.
6. Take ownership of issues and process improvement.
