Job description

Agilus Work Solutions is proud to be the supplier of temporary staff to the First Nations Health Authority. Agilus is recruiting for several Contract Administrative Assistants in the Health Care Industry in Vancouver, British Columbia.

A typical day:

  1. Reception including answering phones and greeting clients
  2. Correspondence & Reports
  3. Data Entry, Filing, Scanning, Photocopying
  4. Scheduling meetings, travel, lunches

Requirements:

  1. Will currently live in the Greater Vancouver area
  2. Are currently NOT working
  3. Above average knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
  4. Strong communication skills both written & verbal
  5. Preference given to qualified candidates who self-identify as First Nations

Total rewards:

  1. $20.00 - $25.00 hourly
  2. Weekly pay including 4% vacation pay
  3. Flexibility to work long or short term contracts
  4. $20+/hr to start for entry level positions
  5. Possibility of extension or permanent placement
