Security agent

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor hotel premises: Control access to the property and buildings, and direct visitors to appropriate areas.
2. Enforce current security regulations within the establishment.
3. Expel intruders and unwanted loiterers as necessary.
4. Alert the police, firefighters, and ambulance if needed.
5. Cooperate with authorities in reporting intruders and unwanted loiterers.
6. Enforce establishment regulations regarding internal and external movement of staff, visitors, users, and suppliers.
7. Provide effective information and direction to visitors when necessary.
8. Prepare daily surveillance reports.
9. Any other related tasks to ensure the quality of the department's service.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a security agent or in a similar field is a plus.
2. Knowledge of security procedures and risk prevention techniques.
3. Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
4. Excellent physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods.
5. Quick responsiveness and ability to remain composed in stressful situations.
6. Ability to understand and enforce establishment security rules and regulations.
7. Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
