The Role: Anaconda seeks an Associate General Counsel, Product, Privacy, and AI to be the key legal leader partnering with our product, engineering, marketing, and IT and security teams, spearheading our efforts to serve our users in building trustworthy technology. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, this is an opportunity to be an integral member of a small, rapidly scaling, best-in-class legal team that will have a high impact within the organization. This is a fully remote opportunity for someone within the US. This person will build a product counseling process alongside product and engineering leadership, ensuring the right-sized legal review and scalable processes. This person will also lead all of Anaconda’s privacy compliance efforts, with high subject matter expertise in legal issues around data flows, particularly with emerging enterprise AI standards in mind.

The US base salary range for this role is $275,000 to $350,000 + bonus + equity + benefits, and title may adjust based on candidate experience. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
