Dispensing/Blending Operator

PNP Pharmaceuticals is seeking Dispensing/Blending Operators to join our team!

We are looking for the ideal candidate for the position of Dispensing/Blending Operators at PNP. We are currently in an exciting phase of development and growth throughout our organization. Shift

There are two shifts currently available:

• AM - 06:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday
• PM - 14:00 to 22:00, Monday to Friday

Duties and Responsibilities

Primary

• Operate blending, grinding and sifting equipment with guidance from Dispensing/Blending Room lead.
• Dispense raw materials as per Manufacturing Batch Record.
• Clean equipment and room.

Additional

• Report equipment malfunctions.
• Other related duties as specified by supervisor.
• Immediately report product quality deficiencies to supervisor.
• Offer suggestions for process improvement when identified.

Qualifications

Knowledge:

• Fluent in verbal and written English.

Asset:

• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Skills:

• Proficient in the basics of mathematics (adding and subtracting).
• Willingness to learn.
• Able to use tools proficiently.

Asset:

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical equipment operation, including V-blender, ribbon blender, sifter, grinder, weigh scales.

Abilities:

• Lift a minimum of 25kg.

• Must be in good health with no communicable disease or dust allergies.
