Job description

Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for an HR Coordinator III to fill a 12-month contract located in Waterloo, Toronto or Montreal. Please note this position is currently a hybrid work model with three days in the office and two days from home. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Coordinator III with a financial services background.


As a HR Coordinator III your duties will include but not be limited to:

  1. Supporting AskHR Operations with all COVID related activities such as intake of emails and calls from employees.
  2. Providing support and instruction when addressing employee questions and concerns.
  3. Managing employee follow-up, tracking and reporting.

Qualifications required for HR Coordinator III include:

  1. Excellent organizational & time management skills.
  2. Ability to follow complex oral & written direction and excellent problem solving skills.
  3. Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  4. Attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  5. Must have expert Excel skills to meet reporting requirements.
