Journeyperson Plumber (Team Lead Plumber)

Job Summary:

We expect you to have prior experience in the plumbing and drain industry. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, colleagues, and customers. You are self-motivated, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. Although experience in the below can be an asset, we will train to make sure professional quality is delivered.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshooting and diagnostic proficiency
2. Manage and be the point of contact for up to 7 technicians effectively
3. Conduct Performance Improvement Plans and evaluations with the technicians
4. Attend to service calls as required

Job Requirements:

1. 5 years’ experience in the plumbing and drain cleaning industry along with an accreditation in Plumbing
2. Strong communication skills
3. Leadership / Management / Supervisor experience (Min. 2 years)
4. Valid class 5 drivers’ license

Salary and Benefits:

$50,000 to $80,000 depending on experience

Performance incentives as agreed upon

Benefit plan after 3 months
