  1. Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  2. Direct and control daily operations
  3. Plan and control budget and expenditures
  4. Plan and organize daily operations
  5. Supervise other workers
  6. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  7. Schedule and confirm appointments
  8. Manage contracts

  12. Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  13. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  14. Oversee payroll administration

  16. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  17. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  18. Maintain and manage digital database
  19. Supervise office and volunteer staff
