Position: Maintenance Manager

Location: Edmonton CCI Manufacturing Plant

Type: Permanent, Full Time, Management Position

Must Have:

1. Proven experience as a hands-on, working Manager.
2. Skilled in working in a Manufacturing plant environment.
3. Ability to effectively and seamlessly schedule people, time, and assets to match the needs of production with maintenance and repair.
4. A collaborator with direct staff, plant managers, operations, and executive.
5. High Mechanical Skills and Ability.
6. Ability to work outside of scheduled hours when required.
7. Ability to travel locally and between Provinces.

Assets:

1. Journeyman in Millwright, Industrial Mechanic.
2. Experience with Shredders, Conveyors, Fans, Logic Controllers, Electrical and Hydraulic controls.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Manage day-to-day Maintenance and Repair operations to meet production goals.
2. Implement and oversee continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
4. Develop and maintain production schedules.
5. Monitor and optimize processes to maximize efficiency.
6. Lead and mentor staff to foster a positive work environment.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
8. Maintain and oversee repair of plant equipment and machinery.
9. Participate in the development and follow-up of the preventative and predictive maintenance plan.
10. Be an active and effective Manager of the site, its people, production, profitability, and success.

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
