Waitress/Waiter

Overview
We are seeking friendly and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Servers. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Duties

1. Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
2. Present menus, answer questions and make recommendations on food and beverages
3. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
4. Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
5. Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
6. Process payments using the POS system and handle cash transactions
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
8. Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent service

Experience

1. Experience in VELOCE POS system
2. Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred but not required
3. Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide a positive dining experience
4. Cashiering experience is a plus
5. Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices
6. Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
7. Familiarity with restaurant operations and terminology
8. Ability to handle food safely, including proper handling, storage, and disposal
9. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
10. Basic food preparation knowledge is an asset
