UX Writer / Content Writer - Bilingual - French
Our client is a leading insurance company.
Location: Markham - GTA, Toronto Area
Hybrid - 2-3 days in office per week.
This is a permanent, full-time role.

NOTE: Will consider candidates based in Markham, ON area, OR Downtown Toronto OR Montreal, Quebec. Candidates can go to the office in any of these locations.

As a UX Writer fluent in French (Canada), you will join our dynamic team to create clear, concise, and engaging content that enhances the user experience across our digital platforms. You will work closely with designers, researchers, product managers, and developers to ensure that the content aligns with our brand voice and meets the needs of our users.
Role:
- Write and edit user interface text, microcopy, accessibility content, and error handling messages, translating content to French.
- Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and developers to create user-centered content.
- Work closely with other UX writers to ensure the language is clear in both English and French.
- Work with UX research to conduct usability testing to inform content decisions.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and terminology across all digital products.
- Participate in content strategy discussions and contribute to the development of content guidelines and best practices.
- Review and provide feedback on content created by other team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in writing inclusive content for user interfaces.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Great communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A passion for creating user-centered products.
- Knowledge of web accessibility and its importance.
- Experience with Figma.
Other Beneficial Experience:
Front-end development experience in AEM.
