Print Project Manager

Agilus is recruiting for a Print Project Manager in the print industry in Paris, Ontario.

A day in the life:

1. Manage Promotional and Core in-store signage programs for small and large-scale projects
2. Facilitate client briefings to receive and clarify project briefs
3. Produce project estimates, including spec gathering & testing, and addition to client-specific Rate Cards for new items
4. Develop all campaigns based on briefed requirements (build of distribution lists using query-based database tool, generation of production and kitting reports, and maintenance of associated inventory)
5. Create, review and distribute production documents as required and prioritize scheduling to ensure requirements are met
6. Act as a liaison between Production, Kitting, Shipping, and Outside Suppliers being the key contact on a daily basis for all production issues
7. Maintain invoicing for all projects, including capture of all additional billable charges
8. Facilitate all scheduled and ad-hoc reports required by client, including inventory, ordering, invoicing and KPIs

Successful candidates will have:

1. Post-secondary education with a minimum two (2) years related experience in digital print production and account services
2. Knowledge of in-store marketing execution and digital print process and substrates
3. Knowledge of inventory management systems, kitting/distribution processes & creative workflows
4. Knowledge and experience in recommending and reviewing quoted materials based on client briefs.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple jobs simultaneously & managing prioritization of issues on a daily basis
6. Strong skills in PC-based software applications, particularly Word and Excel
7. Superior oral and written communication skills and organizational skills
8. Must be willing to work a minimum of three days in the office, with 100% onsite presence required during the first three months of training.
