Job description

Brighton Center, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based organization with the mission to create opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency through family support services, education, employment, and leadership.

Purpose:
Partner with individuals and families experiencing Category 1 Homelessness to identify resources, services, and opportunities while assisting them in overcoming barriers and setting goals. Develop plans of care, link customers to available community resources.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist individuals and families to secure and maintain housing.
Partner with families to create pathways to self-sufficiency.
Maintain and build relationships with community partners.
Provide connection to community resources and referrals.
Meet program reporting requirements and documentation.

Requirements:

Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Knowledge of community resources.
Proficient in database applications and Microsoft programs.
Working knowledge of the Housing First model.
Licensed driver and reliable transportation.
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

This is a non-exempt position with an hourly wage range of $17 - $18, part-time or full-time.
