About This Opportunity

The Coordinator, Administration also assists with the general financial and operating analytics and activities of the organization.

This opportunity is for a 10 month contract. 30 hours/week

Responsibilities

  1. Maintain strict confidentiality on highly sensitive matters.
  2. Create and enter data into spreadsheets.
  3. Scribe as required to document meeting minutes and action items.
  4. Miscellaneous admin requests as required.
  5. Daily warehouse inventory maintenance and reconciliation.
  6. Count all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse on a daily basis and reconcile against SAP inventory levels.
  7. Research and reconcile daily inventory variances.
  8. Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system.
  9. Identify and report close dated product.
  10. Other duties or special projects.
Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance or Equivalent Business Experience preferred.
  2. 1+ years of experience in an office admin/executive assistant role.
  3. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) applications.
  4. SAP knowledge an asset.
  5. Experience in Manufacturing, or Distribution and Warehouse Operations, Finance or Accounting, or Audit Experience preferred.
  6. Experience in a sales, distribution or warehousing environment preferred.
